Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

We accept returns raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Orders returned should be in good condition with no visible signs of usage.

It will be the sole discretion of Alistos to offer refund based on the condition of the returned product.

Refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days after acceptance of refund by Alistos.
